Whole Foods Colorado Opens Vegan Burger and Milkshake Bar!

The only thing that sounds more exciting than trying the famed Beyond Burger itself is enjoying it at a vegan burger and milkshake bar, with all the fixings!

Latest Vegan News has alerted its readers about the Whole Foods Market location in Boulder launching The Beyond Burger Venue this summer, which is an in-store eatery that features the Beyond Burger patties and a very impressive menu. It includes a single or double burger, with all the vegan cheese and toppings you could imagine, as well as crispy Gardein Chick'n Tenders with a siracha ranch sauce, a southern chick'n sandwich with Chao cheese, and fishless fillets with tartar sauce made with Hampton Creek's Just Mayo. The sides include fries and a coconut-milk based vanilla milkshake!

McKinzey Crossland, Whole Foods spokesperson, stated that the burger bar will appeal to both plant-based and meat eaters alike. She stated:

"Whole Foods Market is all about sharing the love and joy of food, and we want to do that with dishes that are delicious as well as healthy. The burger is a perfect example. Whether vegans want to satisfy a craving for a serious burger, or whether carnivores are trying to lighten up their meal, we think this venue really appeals to everyone. Because it's delicious!"

The Facebook page has also announced an inclusion of a vegan breakfast menu, which is served all day and features lemon pancakes, avocado tostadas, and a sweet potato scramble!

Let's sincerely hope this Beyond Burger venue rapidly expands to all Whole Foods locations as soon as possible!
