It's White Russian Time - Bailey's Now Makes Almond Milk Liqueur!

Dudes and dudettes: it's here! Bailey's now makes Almande, an almond milk-based liqueur - completely dairy free and just waiting to become an Irish car bomb. For anyone who has sadly turned down one of their favorite, creamy adult beverages because of all the cow's milk cruelty, fret no more.

It was only a matter of time before the company swapped out dairy for a plant-based substitute. Trends within the last few years have shown an increasing demand for products free of animal products. Any company wanting to capitalize on the shift is making a smart move, and Bailey's is no different.

About Almande's ingredients, the site says:

“Our almondmilk is made from sweet almond oil and almond essence (extracted from crushed almonds), cane sugar and purified water with a touch of real vanilla."

If you would rather make your own vegan Irish cream at home, here's a yummy recipe. Either way, the site offers some delicious cocktail ideas, just in time for summer's arrival. Bottoms up!
