Free People Releases Vegan Summer Fashion Line
Vegan fashion is becoming more popular and widely available. Philadelphia-based fashion and accessory company Free People has recently partnered up with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to launch a new all-vegan cruelty-free summer fashion line.
Abby Morgan, Free People’s director of brand marketing, states of the collaboration:
“Free People is excited to work with PETA to continue highlighting kind and sustainable ways to get dressed. We dedicate an entire section of our online store to animal-friendly fashion as demand for vegan options continues to rise.”
According to PETA’s press release, the standouts of the collection include “vegan leather looks like the Studded Vegan Moto Jacket, the Billie Vegan Mini Tote, the Fame Studded Straw Boater, and Farylrobin shoe designs like the Vegan Wylder Sandal and the Vegan Agency Lace-Up Boot.”
