Yields: 4 Servings
Instructions:
1. Depending on your food processor size, you might have to do half of the ingredients twice (make sure to add all the ingredients, not just almonds then dates…). If you have the big daddy processor then just add all ingredients in & blend.
2. You will want to blend for about 3-4 minutes, or until everything is a big clump. Trust me you will know when it’s a clump.
3. Next dump the mixture on a clean surface & roll into bite size balls. Add the balls on either a baking sheet or a big plate.
4. Refrigerate for about 10-20 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:

2 cups Medjool Dates (Pitted & halved)
1 cup Raw Almonds
1 cup Dried Cherries
1⁄2 cup Shredded Coconut
