Instructions:
Pretty easy – put the recommended units in a blender, blend thoroughly, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup Kale
1 avocado
4 tablespoons coconut oil (Cold-pressed, extra virgin)
2 cups Hemp milk
8 tablespoons Hemp protein (Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods have fantastic hemp protein)
1 pinch Stevia (Raw is best)
